One person was in tears; another said it did not hurt
One person said their first session hurt enough to bring tears, though they liked the results. Another said the treatment went well without pain. Neither review fully described anesthesia, product or dose. We have not interpreted them as evidence of how common either response is.
An account of tears from pain
“리쥬란 첨 맞아봤는데 진짜 아파서 눈물 나오긴 했는데 결과는 좋네요”

Someone else's description of pain alone cannot predict your experience.
The review reporting no pain also mentioned sedation
A person who received 2cc of Healer by machine under sedation reported no pain during treatment and almost none afterward. Comparing this directly with reviews under different anesthesia conditions would miss important context. It is not a recommendation that sedation suits everyone.
“리쥬란 힐러 2cc 수면마취하고 기계로 맞았어요!”

The machine tip made it quick, but it still hurt
One first-time recipient said a machine tip made the session quick and bearable, but it really hurt. Summarizing this as “machines do not hurt” would erase half the account. Nor can this one experience decide whether machine or manual injection is better.
“와 말로만듣던 리쥬란 처음받아봤는데 아프긴 진짜 아파요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 그 기계팁으로 추천받아서 해보니까 직접 주사바늘들어가는것보다 빨리 끝나서 참을만했어요!”

Full-face treatment felt daunting, so they only treated around the eyes
A repeat Rejuran I recipient wrote that full-face treatment felt daunting because of pain, so they regularly treated only around the eyes. This is not a comparative experiment showing that the eye area hurts less. It records the area this person chose and why.
“리쥬란 진짜 미친듯이 아파서 풀페이스는 못하겠어서 눈가만 주기적으로 맞고있어요”

Less than with Healer, not the same as painless
A person who moved from Healer to HB wrote that it seemed less painful, but was not painless. We cannot confirm whether the dose, anesthesia and treatment conditions were otherwise the same. We have not turned an individual comparison into a guarantee of painless treatment.
“그렇다고 안아픈건 아니지만 참을수있는정도”

Check the anesthesia and treatment conditions as well as the HB name.
A pause because of pain, then continuing
One HB recipient wrote that they paused because it hurt, then continued. Rather than how much they endured, the useful account is that they voiced discomfort and took a break. This review offers no evidence that more pain means greater results.
“아파서 좀 쉬었다가 진행해주셨어요.”

Ask in advance how to signal discomfort and take a short break.

Why we chose these six points
The 30 featured quotes were checked directly against their originals. The evidence list includes all treatment-experience reviews linked to each section. We held back passages that could not be separated from other treatments, consultations, plans and accounts with unclear recipients. Automated rules were applied to all posts, but not every post was individually reviewed. Treatment receipt is based on the writer’s account; we cannot verify unmentioned combined treatments or the authenticity of reviews.
